Service Support Engineer
Technical Support:
Educate and support field service engineers in BeNeLux
Keeping technical DB up to date with service manuals, technical service notes, rework instructions
Reporting:
Monitoring and presenting daily, weekly and monthly Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Analyze SLA reports and implement changes to improve Service Level Agreements for printing partners
Customer visit:
On-site visits with engineers in case of escallations
Quality control
Document on-site visits and qualitiy control visits
